The Sims 4 Tier 2 Tiny Home Off the Grid Traveler's Wagon Stop Motion | No CC

Lot: Cordelia's Secret Cottage
Size: 30 x 20
World: Henford -On- Bagley
Type: Tier 2 Tiny Home Residential
Cost: §57,399 + Lot cost

This is a traveler's Wagon with 1 bedroom, an outhouse and a natural shower and bath in the pond (run your mouse over the area in the pond by the candles to highlight the bathtub . Click on the top of the shower that is visible under the waterfall to shower) . This a self sustaining off the grid lot. Money can be made by selling flower arrangements, collectibles or crafts from the crafts selling table and/or the Paranormal career.

Turn weather effects on sims off in options and your sims can still shower/bathe in winter.

I placed a half tile on the 3rd floor and hid it in a tree, this was for gallery thumbnail purposes only and can be deleted.

Please make sure you have all the packs that I used in this build or you will have substituted or missing objects. It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects
